Sales Associate

Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Sales Associate situated in the East Brunswick, New Jersey area within the industrial sector. The selected candidate will play a vital role in fostering our growth by serving existing and prospective customers, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities: Cultivate new accounts while managing existing ones to strengthen customer base Efficiently handle customer inquiries over the phone, providing prompt and accurate responses Prepare and process customer orders, ensuring correct information is forwarded to the accounting team Regularly check and update customers on their order status Develop and implement sales and marketing promotions to drive business growth Conduct site visits for enhanced customer engagement and follow-up Foster and maintain positive business relationships to ensure repeat business Carry out administrative tasks as needed Contribute to team effort in a smaller office setting Travel for business purposes as required.
