Sales Coordinator

USD55,000-USD60,000Essential Functions:Responsible for processing new sales leads through direct and indirect inquiries; conduct industry research via trade/consumer publications, internet and social media outlets, etc. to develop new sales opportunities.

Create custom sales kits for new and existing customers based on need. Create and maintain prospect list of new potential clients.

Monitor customer accounts, providing data and reports to sales. Keeping track of sales targets and providing monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, etc. reports.

Coordinate and assist with presentation preparations and industry events, working closely with sales directors and marketing on formats, new concepts, and new designs.

Assist with sales documents including entering quote requests, creating formal quote letters, entering test requests for product development, and other required company documents.

Facilitate mailing of test samples and packaging submissions to clients and factories.

Minimum two (2) years fragrance/cosmetic industry or relevant field experience.

Customer Service/Sales support experience highly preferred.
