Our direct client is looking for a SalesForce Administrator for a full-time direct hire in Moorestown, NJ 08057.

Candidates must be vaccinated to be consider for this role. Location: Moorestown, NJ 08057 - Partial Onsite role 3 days week; 2 days Remote Salary $95k Covid Vaccine is Required The SalesForce Administrator will initially be responsible for migrating the current US Call Center to the SalesForce solution by identifying specific needs and implementing solutions according to their specifications and best practices. This person will be responsible for the North America instance of SalesForce. The candidate needs to have strong salesforce background as well as experience working on salesforce projects. Call center experience is nice but not necessary. Required skills:
  • SalesForce Classic & Lightning.
  • APEX Development.
  • SalesForce Communities.
  • Process Builder / FLOW
  • Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Min 3 + years of SalesForce Admin experience
Nice to Have: o Zendesk experience o Conga o DocuSign o LWC Development o Survey o LWC Development o SalesForce DX o VS Code Others: o Basic administration skills (Active Directory & Zendesk) such as account management. o Occasionally available off hours. o Able to work in a collaborative mode with a team, and in an international context. o Autonomy, sense of service, and knowledge of how to intervene quickly, taking into account security issues in the event of incidents. o Strong spirit of synthesis during interventions. o Ability to assist in business process documentation. The main responsibilities are: • Build a US call center structure with a dedicated US based tenant. o Work with group teams to understand constraints. o Launch with current US strategic partners. o Make adjustments as needed to standardize the US instance(s). • Migrate current call center to SalesForce : o Understand current processes. o Propose SalesForce replacement components. o Work closely with global SF administrators to ensure solutions meet client standards. o Implement retained solutions into SF. o Support the resulting application and environment o Management of the lifecycle of all problems. Prevent incidents from happening, minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented. o Identify, assess and control risks, analyze the value of assets of the business, identify threats to those assets. Evaluate how vulnerable each asset is to those threats. o Purge older data to prevent applications from having bad performance. o Certificate management (creation or renewal). o Centralization of application logs. • Administer and Support SF Instance: o Support internal and external users. o Track and assist in completing tickets relating to modifications of SF. o Ensure compliance best practices relating to SF. o Work with a foreign team to ensure the SF instance meets user and client needs.

  • • Available for occasional off-business hour scheduling.
