We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance. Therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including communicating with Stakeholders, project planning, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.Responsibilities include:All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules

Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports

Knowledge on how to convert legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder into Salesforce Flows

Ability to inherit technical debt and propose solutions

Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge

Sandbox environment management

DevOps/release management experience

Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience

Ability to communicate and understand the needs of our Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Legal, and Finance teams

Identify unused or underutilized platform features

Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders

Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders

Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed

Formatting and preparing data for import

Entering and manipulating data in Salesforce, Excel, and other programs as needed

Creating and testing new solutions (using Salesforce tools including Process Builder, Flows, and custom Lightning Components)

Creating and scheduling Salesforce reports for marketing and sales, as well as ad hoc client report requests

Auditing custom Salesforce objects, fields, and configurations to identify and remove deprecated items, as well as to identify possible improvements

Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer

Handle User support requests and create a personal workflow

Ability to work independently and create your own project management schedule

Monitor and improve user adoption

New user and ongoing user training and support

Technical documentation

Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers including ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, RingLead, Workbench, Loopio, Pardot, Highspot, etc.

Work in both Classic and Lightning and redesign Salesforce Applications and page layouts to meet the needs of our team

Maintain our Salesforce Database and ensure the highest quality of data

The RequirementsMinimum Criteria and Skills (including education and licenses):Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-5 years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Pardot

Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)

Desirable:Bachelor’s degree

Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge

Demonstrates continued personal/professional development

Active in the Salesforce community

Knowledgeable on third-party application and SaaS Solutions and their challenges

Administrative Experience with Sales Engagement tools such as Outreach or Salesloft (currently using Outreach)

Experience working with ZoomInfo Enrich
