Responsibilities & Qualifications

Business Analyst with Salesforce background
Act as liaison between our users and technical team, providing excellent production support as a point person for any questions related to Salesforce.com
Work independently with members of the user community to define and document design requirements and provide development requirements to our technical team
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
Handle basic administrative functions such as custom report and dashboard building, setup of new users and user account maintenance, sharing rules, permission sets and other routine tasks
Ability to build and maintain custom objects/fields, validation rules, layouts, profiles, chatter groups and email templates to optimize business processes is a plus
Create and manage break/fix and enhancements tickets related to Salesforce.com
Responsible for user acceptance testing of break/fix and enhancement tickets, ensuring implementation work meets user requirements and doesn’t degrade other business processes on the platform
Proactively seek out and identify system changes
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and how they can be applied to our company
Create and facilitate ongoing training programs for the sales and service organizations, training new employees on Salesforce.com as part of onboarding
