Job Description:
- Good understanding of IT service management principles (Incident, Change, Request, Knowledge, SLAs, Performance Analytics, CMDB)
- Strong working experience on the ServiceNow platform preferred.
- Broad, enterprise-wide view and understanding of strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance.
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts to understand and document business processes.
- Strong business acumen and proven track record for providing innovative solutions resulting in increased business performance.
- Identifies process, technology, organizational role changes necessary to support business goals and objectives.
- Understands the value of process-centric approach to business analysis and capability development.
- Organizes and presents ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.
- Persuades and influences others with effective verbal and written communication.
- Command of project management techniques and tools
- Develops or modifies moderately complex information systems documentation and conveys this information to technical team for translation into programming languages or implements into COTS technologies.
- Experience in leading business process re-engineering efforts for at least a couple medium-to-large software project
- 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience., i.e., understanding the business need, defining a creative and useful software solution, and promoting the product to the user community and management
