Summary: Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices and business needs.

Requirements: 3+ years or more as a Salesforce.com Developer/Administrator · Salesforce certifications are big plus, including Certified Admin, Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud consultant, Platform Developer 1 and 2 · Minimum 3+ years of experience with web services (SOAP and REST) · Must have experience on the following Salesforce technologies: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Force.com, Visualforce, Data Loader, Lightning Connector, Validation Rules, Workflows, Apex including experience with an ETL integration tools such as Cast Iron or Dell Boomi · Integration experience with SAP is a plus. · Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills. · Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

Role and Functions:· Experience in SFDC development using Apex classes, batch scripts and triggers, Visualforce pages and components (in both Classic UI and LEX), Force.com IDE, SOQL, SOSL, REST & Web Services APIs, Flow Designer. · Knowledge of integration architecture as well as third-party integration tools and Web Services API and third-party integration tools (Cast Iron, Talend etc). · Proficient in SFDC Administrative tasks like creating profiles, roles & users, manipulating page layouts and record types, setting up email services, configuring approvals, designing workflows, creating reports & dashboards, working in both the Classic UI and Lightning · Create, install and maintain managed AppExchange packages such as Pardot, ownbackup.com, Conga Composer, etc · Demonstrated knowledge of Telephony, Chat, Mobile, Web, Social as customer service channels · Evaluate new development tools, libraries and 3rd party solutions based on project need or business needs. · Evaluate existing and future Salesforce functionality and initiate rollout plans: including socialization, training, communication, testing and release management · Troubleshoot Salesforce application and integration issues · Collaborate with various internal departments, including Sales, Marketing, Services, Logistics and Operations, and Finance to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance
