  • As part of our SFDC Maintenance Team, help support 700+ users in a highly-customized and growing SFDC Org.
  • Liaison between the business and the technical team
  • Building a solid relationship with the business and all its users
  • Manage timelines and customer expectations
  • Work closely with operations and product managers to effectively prioritize projects to fit business needs
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, roles
  • Translate high-level user requirements into Salesforce enhancements, including custom objects, fields, record types, validation rules, and workflows in an Agile environment
  • Develop custom reports
  • Manage and configure Salesforce integrations, including custom integrations
  • Manage and configure Steel Brick CPQ
  • Champion data integrity and governance
  • Perform data analysis and some data migration
  • Respond to production support requests and troubleshoot issues
  • Apply change management processes for documenting, communicating, and testing code releases from Sandboxes to Production environments
  • Keep up to date on new and updated functionality in Salesforce.com releases

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 6+ years’ experience administering SFDC (over 200 users)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Steel brick (CPQ Tool) experience is major plus
  • Service Cloud experience is major plus
  • Experience in Test Scripts / Training
  • Strong analytical and data management skills; attention to detail
  • Managing internal Tasks/Project Schedule and Report to relevant member
  • Detailed understanding of and hands on experience with Salesforce.com CRM Sales, Service, Community, Partner, and other cloud applications Configuring and Integration with other com Sales cloud applications experience in hands on Technical Development Customization and Integration using APEX and web services
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Scripting experience
  • Experience installing and configuring AppExchange apps
  • Experience on Case Iron (IBM) and MS-SQL will be a plus
  • Salesforce.com Administrator certification is highly desirable(Advanced Administrator, App Builder, Service and/or Sales Cloud Consultant certification a plus)
