  • MM & WM Solution Lead is responsible for creating and delivering a cohesive solution in the work streams – Procure to Pay (P2P) and Warehouse.
  • The candidate must have deep expertise and working knowledge in ECC and SAP S/4 HANA MM & WM modules.
  • The candidate will troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.
  • The candidate must have deep expertise and working knowledge of P2P and WM best practices across the supply chain along with integration with other work streams of order to cash, record to report and plan to manufacture.
  • The candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work with teams located across multiple geographies.
  • Lead business requirements discussions with customer to Implement ECC and S/4 HANA solution in the area of P2P and WM
  • Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs
  • Understand global template processes, SAP roadmap for S/4 HANA and become a trusted advisor for clients in driving the template adoption
  • Design and implement SAP solutions as per Industry best practices.
  • Define and manage the deliverables of all functional teams to meet engagement objectives and budget
  • Review project deliverables (e.g. benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), business process design document to ensure they meet project objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SME and a network of professional organizations or affiliations
  • Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts; appropriately tailored for the client and their culture.
Skills and Experience:
  • Over 15 years of overall SAP implementation and support experience
  • Should be able to articulate and demonstrate best practices and latest SAP functionalities
  • S/4 HANA Enterprise Architecture and Knowledge of S/4HANA Best Practices
  • Working Knowledge in ASAP, Agile, Activate and Methodologies
  • Knowledgeable in Agile, Activate and Methodologies
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PPT, Excel, Visio)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (French, English)
  • Strong Business/Technical Writing (French, English)
  • Business and IT experience with experience in implementing and operating SAP applications
  • Thorough understanding of the multiple SAP modules and the ability to research & apply business best practices
  • Experience designing and improving business process and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate project goals and objectives, project status and deliverables with senior executives
  • Self-motivating and be able to plan your own work
