Position Summary:

We are seeking responsible and dependable School Bus Drivers to join our growing team. This position offers year-round employment opportunities, including summer routes and programs. Drivers are responsible for the safe and timely transportation of students along assigned routes and to special events as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a school bus along designated routes and schedules.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all passengers at all times.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus.

Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle.

Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.

Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff as needed.

Report any incidents, mechanical issues, or delays promptly.

Qualifications:

Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) required.

Valid School Bus (S) and Passenger (P) endorsements required.

Strong safety record and commitment to student safety.

Ability to maintain professionalism and patience when working with children.

Reliable, punctual, and responsible work habits.

Prior school bus driving experience preferred, but not required.
