Scrum Master/Agile Coach - Local - W2

✅ Facilitate Agile Processes – Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives) and ensure Agile adoption.

✅ Team Coaching & Blockers – Guide teams on Scrum principles, remove impediments, and improve productivity.

✅ Support Product Owner – Assist in backlog refinement, prioritization, and alignment with business goals.

✅ Drive Continuous Improvement – Track metrics (velocity, burndown) and refine processes for efficiency.

✅ Stakeholder Collaboration – Foster teamwork, ensure transparency, and communicate progress effectively.Required Skills: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile certification

Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

Problem-solving & conflict-resolution skills

Proficiency in Jira/Agile tools

Excellent communication & facilitation skills
