Role: SDET (Strong Java Background)

Location: Whippany, NJ (Hybrid Onsite)

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Local or nearby candidate only

Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 2 day every week.

Requirement:

7+ years of experience as a QA Engineer or SDET
Bachelor’s degree in technical field, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Must have strong development experience in Java, object-oriented design, and development
Automation experience working with technologies: Java
SQL and ability to write complex queries to validate
Proficient in SQL, able to understand/write complex SQL queries
Hands on experience with automation frameworks like Appium, Xcode, Selenium, TestNG, BDD frameworks/ Cucumber etc
Excellent understanding of CI/CD/Devops practices and how QA/automation process fits into the model
Proficient in Webservices testing SOAP, Restful Services etc
Serve as SME for one or more functional areas, acts as technology ambassador for automation and building efficient solutions
Financial Industry experience is plus
