Seeking an Independent Accounting Associate (Part-Time, Flexible Hours)

I’m currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Associate to support me in my role as VP of Accounting at a small but dynamic consulting firm specializing in client-based accounting services.

Who You Are:

A self-starter who can commit to 20–30 hours per week (with potential for more based on volume).

Eager to learn from a seasoned Technical Accountant and gain hands-on exposure to real-world accounting processes.

Someone with a creative and adaptive mindset, especially when it comes to adopting new technologies and streamlining workflows.

What You Need:

Prior accounting experience is helpful but not required – if you’ve worked in an admin or clerical capacity and are hungry to learn, I’m willing to train you.

Strong attention to detail is non-negotiable.

Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and able to comfortably use ChatGPT and other AI tools.
