These solutions are critical to Manufacturing Execution, Manufacturing Process Intelligence and Production Optimization that aim to improve product quality, increase asset utilization/uptime, automate manual workflows and streamline plant floor operations. The Digital Manufacturing Team provides common application platforms and solution capabilities for Digital Plant, Manufacturing 4.0, Manufacturing Execution, Manufacturing Insights and Digital Quality solutions, while ensuring a unified User Centric Design. Key to the success of this transformative digital mindset is the secure, seamless flow of contextualized data from the device & control levels, all the way to the top of the Enterprise. These solutions are deployed across more than fifty manufacturing & center locations across the PGS Globally.The Senior Associate, Smart Factory Technology will be supporting the management of the strategy on the following technologies:Digital Work Instructions

The Senior Associate, Smart Factory Technology colleague will be responsible for applying advanced skills and knowledge in digital work instructions in manufacturing and where they integrate with MES to create a comprehensive strategic roadmap for PGS. The colleague is expected to provide guidance and co-lead multiple innovation projects. The colleague is also expected to deploy innovative options when solving complex problems within the manufacturing space.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESThe Senior Associate, Smart Factory Technology colleague's responsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage exploratory digital work instruction solutions

Manage Financials, Vendors, Resources and budgets

Interface with business customers and key stakeholders

Create the Manufacturing digital work instruction Strategy for PGS

Develop and maintain this strategic roadmap for Smart Factory and opportunities to collaborate with MES rollout

Collaboratively Lead the IOT Centre of Excellence

Deliver all projects leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology

Lead developers integrating Digital work instructions into MES systems, while developing a roadmap for these capabilities

Initiate, develop, and facilitate innovative technology vendor relationships as it relates to POC projects

Develop and manage project timelines, work plans, and deliverables

Support change management tasks and assisting in maintaining internal social media presence

BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree required

3+ years of work experience in Manufacturing / Digital environments

Good understanding of IOT Tools

Good understanding of manufacturing environments

Excellent project management skills

Executive Presence & Fluent English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSStrategic Vision for solution roll outs and emerging tech trends

Facilitation, negotiating and presentation skills

Experience with Agile Software Delivery and/or Scrum Master Certification a plus;

Familiarity with Human Centered Design Thinking and comfortability running rapid prototyping proof of concept projects

Ability to work in ambiguous situations

Demonstrated skills in analysis and problem solving

Experience using standard requirements business analysis techniques, including brainstorming, requirements sessions, activity diagrams and use cases desired
