Negotiation skills to drive decisions and consensus.Exhibit solid ownership behaviour, work autonomously and independently on work streams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and presentation skillsGood organizational skills, learning/growth and Audit mindsetAbility to manage changing requirements and use independent judgement to drive outcomes in a highly dynamic environment.Experience with Data Science and Data Analytics to drive Business Requirements via insights.Strong background in a banking environment (preferably investment bankingGood understanding of Investment Banking products, Risk & Controls functions and Unauthorized Trading business processes and standardsExperience of working on global applications and ability to work within a global team environment
