- The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader in one or combination of technologies and industry sectors described in the job description above along with the following skills
- 10 years of experience in end to end delivery program management of large programs is a must
- Ability to drive geographically distributed teams across US and India
- Leadership experience in continuous improvement initiatives and operations
- Thorough Knowledge of contract management financial management
- Experience on end to end Delivery Management with multiple development methodologies Waterfall Agile Scrum Kanban etc
- Excellent communication skills being Assertive and able to drive changes
- Hands on and can do attitude whilst demonstrating highest business ethics and compliance
- Ability to coach Program Project Managers is desirable
- Must have great expertise in P&C insurance industry.
