We are looking for a Senior Director of Digital Solution Design who is able to clearly define the anticipated value of a future digitized process, define a solution that meets or exceeds customer needs and expectations, articulate the roadmap (time, cost, entry criteria, exit criteria, etc.) to get there, and be a balanced advocate for the needs of both the customer and the solution delivery functions as the solution is shaped and defined. The Senior Director of Digital Solution Design is someone who can act as a strong advocate for the customer, the solution, and the partnering teams.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive organizational digital strategy focusing on social media, mobile applications, analytics and cloud based initiatives.- Redefine service innovation for our internal and external clients through the use of these technologies.- Identify operations driven business opportunities to promote social programs and outreach services to members of public assistance programs through social media.- Lead and coordinate the development of organizational- wide social media campaigns to increase visibility and traffic of services.- Manage and define a plan for social media profiles and social media administered sites.- Explore and identify ways to integrate social media into business strategies.- Partner with internal departments to advance and increase visibility of initiatives and resources.- Research and develop methods to learn and understand current and emerging social media trends and technologies.- Develop business intelligence dashboards and reporting.- Conduct assessment of Hadoop technology for applicability of big data applications.- Assess market for potential acquisitions to obtain public sector big data analytics capacities.- Analyze social media content and implement improvements.- Interpret site analytics, research target demographics, define key performance indicators, and implement enterprise level measurement, analytics, and reporting methods to gauge success.- Document financial details and create budget plans for the utilization of social media.- Research partnership opportunities with third party partners to develop mobile applications for health services and Federal proposals.- Implement a software defined data center to position organization for a hybrid cloud infrastructure.- Propose cloud based CRM products to support future contact center applications.- Address challenges of protecting PII/PHI data.

Minimum Requirements:- Directs and controls the activities of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups or service areas through senior managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of those assigned areas.- Consistently works with abstract ideas or situations across functional areas of the business.- Through assessment of intangible variables, identifies and evaluates fundamental issues, providing strategy and direction for major functional areas.- Requires in-depth knowledge of the functional area, business strategies, and the company's goals.- Interacts internally and externally with executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters.- Influences policymaking.- Reports to VP level.

Pay Transparency

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
