Senior Financial Analyst

Description Responsibilities: Develop and present detailed financial reports that integrate operational metrics to understand trends at the granular level Collaborate on the creation of monthly and quarterly business performance reports for internal and external stakeholders Participate in quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-term financial planning exercises Support new business initiatives by creating Excel models and analyses to understand financial implications and return on investment Maintain high standards of data integrity, accuracy, and governance in financial and management reporting Lead initiatives to improve, automate, and scale our reporting and forecasting tools, processes, and methodologies Facilitate the month-end close process by analyzing and reconciling data sets Utilize skills in Business systems, Confluence, CRM, Crystal Reports, and Data Mining Techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Perform accounting functions and capital management to ensure financial health of the organization Conduct auditing and oversee budget processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.Requirements The ideal candidate will have experience as a Financial Analyst.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
