- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
- 4-7 years ERP /Cloud programming experience.
- 2-4 years Oracle Fusion HCM (Human Capital Management) applications.
- Less than 2 years Oracle Integration cloud is preferred.
- 2-4 years Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management modules: Core HR, Goals, Performance, Compensation management and Benefits.
- Less than 2 years Oracle HCM Cloud Extract & HCM Cloud Data Loader (HDL).
- Less than 2 years Oracle HCM Rest APIs.
- Less than 2 years Taleo and Taleo Client Connect is preferred.
- Less than 2 years Oracle GSI Global Single Instance experience is preferred.
- Provide expert solutions in the Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management modules: Core HR, Goals, Performance, Compensation management and Benefits.
- Work with Business Analysts, Process Owners and End Users to analyze business requirements and support design, configurations and testing.
- Demonstrate command of developing integrations using Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formulas, Oracle BI Publisher Reports, Payroll process flows (running multiple Extracts) and Scheduling Extracts.
- Experience in Integrating with Oracle HCM using REST APIs and knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud is a plus. Knowledge of GSI (Global Single Instance) and other areas of Fusion Cloud is a plus.
