About the Role The Customer Operations team coordinates efforts among all internal groups to ensure we are aligned with our customer's needs and can deliver on our commitments with the highest level of excellence and integrity. This role requires strong operational and order management skills, exceptional abilities in customer communication, advanced data analysis and problem-solving techniques, and a creative and inquisitive nature to identify opportunities for improvement and address day by day challenges in a professional and positive manner.

What You will Do
  • Materials management – oversee execution and delivery of customer orders, mitigate risks to meet customer needs
  • Conduct customer forecast demand analysis, track and analyze demand changes, and report out data to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer collaborative planning – understand customer demand outlook and manage delivery commitment expectations
  • Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to drive materials allocations in support of customer project schedule
  • Measure business performance and drive corrective actions to ensure meets or exceeds customer service requirements
  • Independently resolve issues, using escalations when appropriate
  • Be flexible to support rapidly changing customer requirements in a positive manner

What You Bring
  • Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in Supply Chain Planning / Management
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, Engineer; or related field from an accredited college
  • Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Materials Planning knowledge, Order fulfillment process knowledge
  • Track record for utilizing innovative and creative problem-solving skills to address complex and/or contentious issues
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills with a high degree of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Excellent organizational, project management and planning skills; high attention to details; consistent follow through
  • Ability to demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and appropriately prioritize workload based upon organization or department needs.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
