Job Description

Our Store & Sales Operations team members are experts in developing and coordinating the right environment to create great retail customer experiences and exceed sales and services targets. As a Senior Operations Support, your key focus will be to deliver expert customer-led in store category execution and support.

Quick snapshot of the role:

  • Developing and driving Trading initiatives to drive sales and profit
  • Developing plans for the effective implementation & embedding of all merchandise and marketing strategic initiatives into stores.
  • Developing plans for the effective execution of all promotional, event, seasonal launches, product and space related initiatives into stores that can be easily implemented
  • Creating and implementing new policies and procedures
  • Maintaining high standards of team competency and store processes across the network
  • Managing and acting on all store queries and support
  • Running effective training & coaching programmes to individuals and groups
  • Reporting and analysis

Qualifications

To really succeed in this role, we are looking for an individual who has a deep understanding of an operations environment and what support they need. They will also have knowledge of what the central support functions need to drive maximum productivity and profitability.

You will ideally have experience in:

  • store implementation
  • resolving trading & event challenges
  • developing and deploying events, trading execution, store category initiative execution and display guidance.

Ourstructure and ways of working will see you extensively work cross functionally hence your collaboration skills will be top notch, coupled with the customer centric lense and approach you bring to work everyday.You will have a test and learn mindset and hold an openness to new ideas and a desire to develop them together with others.
