Join us and change the world for the better!The Senior Solution Architect leads a major workstream, partnering with business leaders, key collaborators, and external resources to achieve the vision defined for a new digital platform. They serve as hands-on advisors, using interpersonal skills, solution knowledge, and industry experience to shape the product vision and oversee delivery. They make high-level design choices, define standards, document and communicate the architecture decisions, and coach the development teams.Solution Architects are strong leaders and facilitators that can co-create the vision for business value as well as oversee the delivery with multiple teams. They help to implement business strategies and can define supporting capabilities by connecting directly with users and partners. They are proficient at analyzing a business process and driving the vision of how to digitize it for growth and scale. To do so, they connect with technical peers and business users from all levels through C-suite, on a day-to-day basis. Experience and Skills Responsibilities:• Leverage a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud to design and oversee the implementation of technology solutions to support ETS worldwide growth (leads and sales process, Partner relationship management capabilities)• Perform the analysis of ETS customer's and partners' experiences, processes, and ways of digital engagement to recommend core capabilities based on value creation, market dynamics, and industry best practices• Effectively engage internal and external technical, C-Suite, and senior leadership resources to be a strategic advisor on Salesforce capabilities and strategies• Create a 1-3-year CRM and PRM roadmap using a deep understanding of markets, products, and Salesforce ecosystem capabilities to drive business growth worldwide• Partner with business leaders and product managers to define and track Objective and Key Results (OKR) for their workstream• Design relevant architecture diagrams/documentation to support the recommended approaches• Assist with solution project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation and formulating project timelines• Identify and proactively run risk areas and take the lead on advancing resolution• Oversee the delivery with a combination of in-house development teams and strategic partners• Recommend governance and standards for scalability, performance and security in accordance with Salesforce recommended best practicesExperience and skills• A minimum of 7 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce capabilities gained from a role as functional analyst, technical or solution architect in new Cloud set up• Experience is setting up multi-cloud capabilities integrated with third party systems such as Identity and Access Management (IAM), oAuth, single sign on, e-commerce, e-payment• Salesforce certifications in the application architect or the consultant tracks• Experience with Lighning components, especially in a Partner Relationship Management context• Experience creating road maps and architectural reference diagrams.• Experience with Salesforce Flow• Very strong communications skills, especially in presenting sophisticated concepts and creative thinking across various levels of the organization• Able to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment with multi-functional and global teams.• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in an Agile Product Oriented Development (POD) operating modelEducation, Certifications, or Special Licenses:• Bachelor's degree with extensive coursework in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessaryOther Requirements (Specialized skill sets, behavioral/technical):Varied experience in following areas is preferred:• IT Architecture methodologies, standards and best practices• Full software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience• Software Performance Engineering practice and consultation• Rich and varied IT solutions design and development experience• Architecture principles and frameworksThe following competencies are desirable:Strategy Competency:• Influence business strategy• Translate business strategy into technical vision and strategy• Understand business domains, customer and market trends• Capture customer, organizational and business requirements on architectureOrganizational Politics Competency:• Excellent communication skills• Listen, network, influence#LI-ER1#LI-REMOTE#DICE COVID-19 Requirements\t\t\t\t\tETS requires all new hires to either certify that they have been fully vaccinated or request and obtain an exemption due to medical or religious reasons by their start date.
