Join us and change the world for the better! The senior architect, marketing will play an essential role in the architecture, design, and deployment of marketing solutions used worldwide. You will be the subject matter expert for the domain and leverage your hands-on experience to craft the roadmap and oversee delivery across multiple technologies. You will work closely with marketing departments, solution architects, and development teams to build and improve state-of-the-art platforms that support our growth. These platforms include social, web analytics, email marketing, search engine marketing, a customer data platform, sales and marketing dashboarding, . Experience and Skills Responsibilities:• Provide solutions for digital experience initiatives. This involves working with product owners and development teams to define solutions for content, analytics, search engine, social media, and mix optimization• Perform the analysis of ETS customer's and partners' experiences to recommend core capabilities based on market dynamics and industry best practices• Design relevant architectures for platforms to support multi-channel/multi-tactics marketing, worldwide• Create 2-3-year digital marketing roadmap(s) using a deep understanding of the technologies and our business goals and audiences• Assist with solution project estimation, scope definition, resource allocation and formulating project timelines• Provide technical leadership for new programs and support for our ongoing digital marketing programs.• Oversee the delivery of multi-channel/multi-tactic digital solutions by Product Oriented Teams in an Agile framework• Work closely with the internal marketing teams and external agencies on an ongoing basis support campaigns and initiatives worldwide• Be the SME for Marketing technologies and products for the enterprise architecture team and your technology peers.• Conduct ongoing market research on latest trends and researching new vendors to expand capabilities across Mar-tech and adjacent technologiesExperience and skills:• 7+ years' experience in hands-on implementing and/or managing technologies operations with three of these core technologies: o Adobe Experience Cloud platform, Target o Marketing automation (Marketo) o Analytics and dashboarding solutions (Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBi) o API-based architectures and integration platforms such as MuleSoft o Customer Data Platforms (CDP) solutions• Hands-on experience in implementing digital marketing solution with campaigns across SEM, media, email, and messaging for large enterprises• Expertise in core web technologies and knowledge of microservices architecture and implementation• Experience creating road maps and architectural reference diagrams• Experience producing scope definition, project, and budget estimating in close alignment with product managers and owners• History of direct, daily partnership with marketing and sales owners with co-ownership of objective and key results (OKR)• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in an Agile Product Oriented Development (POD) operating model• Very strong communications skills, especially in presenting sophisticated concepts and creative thinking across various levels of the organization• Able to work in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment with multi-functional and global teams.Education, Certifications, or Special Licenses:• Bachelor's degree with extensive coursework in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is necessary.Other Requirements (Specialized skill sets, behavioral/technical):Varied experience in following areas is preferred:• IT Architecture methodologies, standards and best practices• Full software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience• Software Performance Engineering practice and consultation• Rich and varied IT solutions design and development experience• Architecture principles and frameworksThe following competencies are desirable:Strategy Competency:• Influence business strategy• Translate business strategy into technical vision and strategy• Understand business domains, customer and market trends• Capture customer, organizational and business requirements on architectureOrganizational Politics Competency:• Excellent communication skills• Listen, network, influence#LI-ER1#LI-REMOTE#DICE COVID-19 Requirements ETS requires all new hires to either certify that they have been fully vaccinated or request and obtain an exemption due to medical or religious reasons by their start date.
