Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in advancing work forward to meet obligations that deliver a holistic solution
Partner with the engineering teams to identify gaps and drive and take accountability
Builds relationships across stakeholders (product and technology) to appropriately leverage SMEs in removing obstacles and resolving conflict
Actively facilitates an understanding of product model and culture across teams to tell the story of product both internally and externally
Promotes product strategy and feature roadmap development by supporting product backlog of enhancements and new features
Prioritize and re-evaluate requirements throughout product delivery to ensure business objectives, key results and product vision are being met
Helps drive continuous feedback loops to guarantee teams are focused on the needs of the customer
Participates in product backlog refinement, high-level release planning, and ceremonies
Understands primary capabilities within the portfolio / product line
Maintain all INFINITY master files
Acts as SME for the VELA application

3+ years of experience with HL7 interface messaging, implementation and testing
3+ years of EDI experience with 835 and 837 file formats
3+ years of experience with INFINITY practice management software application in a technical role
Proven ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues
Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with integration testing/automation practices
Proven ability to use evidence-based research and facts to influence and drive decisions
Proven ability to dentify training needs and deliver same
