YOU ARE

Confident in your ability to prepare repair estimates based on a technician's inspection/recommendations, and reviewing the inspection and explaining the necessary corrections to a customer; in person or over the phone.

A great rapport builder who understands the need for trust building in a customer focused environment

Organized and goal oriented

A strong communicator with at least 2 years of experience in a retail environment.

One of our successful, long established locations needs a customer service/sales manager with strong sales and communications skills to lead this business to the next level. This is an automotive repair and service environment. Previous automotive experience is helpful but not required. A “think on your feet” ability to function in a fast-paced environment is required.
