- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Service Cloud, and CPQ applications
- 5+ years of management experience with system applications
- Knowledge of business processes and systems
- Proficient with PC applications
- Business or related degree preferred
- Ensure functional performance related to all Service processes including but not limited to Work Orders, Contracts, Contract Pricing, Cases, Products, Stock Transfers, List Views, Reports, and Dashboards, etc.
- Serve as the liaison and interface to IT Team for implementing and maintaining Service Cloud and CPQ configurations and any other applications utilized by the Service Department.
- Preparing User Acceptance Training (UAT) including providing system documentation, creating, and executing test scripts, conducting training, identifying and remediating data quality defects (Test Plan, Test Case), and verifying and validating the results.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and Salesforce best practices.
- Support PMLS Service Operations with Dispatch, WO processing and Contract processing as needed.
