- Oversee the strategic partner delivery factory, managing escalations and stakeholder expectations
- Lead project delivery in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, stakeholder satisfaction and achievement of required business outcomes.
- Successfully drive all aspects of project and solution delivery while staying within budget and project timeline.
- Lead, manage, and coach the implementation project team.
- Provide oversight and guidance on all Statements of Work (SOW) for SN projects
- Monitor all issues that affect theteam, project, or program and potential risks.
- Actively manage program/project's financial, resource strategy andcontingency
- Oversee all client facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our stakeholders and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress.
- Drive the continuous improvements of our implemented modules on the SN platform
- Oversee 2 platform upgrades per year
- Manage the ServiceNow release calendar
- Demonstrates ability to influence while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
- Build deep and lasting relationships with stakeholders and team members
- Contribute to the development and implementation of product roadmaps
- Ensure the project delivery team complies with Mondelez standards and frameworks

- Minimum of 3 years managing project budget
- Experience working with Agile SDLC methodologies

- Proven team player and team builder
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture; Preferably ITIL experience
