Open to C2C and W2Video InterviewsJob Description: Currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer. The individual will have the opportunity to collaborate with various groups in Technical Services (TEC) business unit and work with key stakeholders and process owners in helping them achieve their needs within the ServiceNow platform.Primary focus area for this position includes development of new service catalogs, catalog integration with backend REST, SOAP and Stored Procedures, maintenance of existing catalogs, support enhancement of Change and Incident processes.Individual must possess "Advanced development” of catalogs and in-depth knowledge of Change and Incident processes. Must understand core tables used in the catalog development including CMDB related tables (e.g., servers, assets, consumables, etc).Must be proficient in advanced JavaScript and SNOW core libraries. Must understand use of JSON – key for all integrations and SNOW internal needs.Individual must be a self-starter and fast learner to be able to enable new functionality. In this role, the Individual must be a good communicator (both verbal and written).

• Review new catalog requirements, outline implementation details, and develop new catalogs
• Review enhancements requirements and implement changes to the existing catalogs
• Develop catalog UI, catalog client scripts, script include classes / functions, business rules, etc.
• Develop integrations from ServiceNow to backend systems using REST, SOAP, and Stored Procedures
• Develop new relationships / related items to meet business requirements
• Develop new stories to capture the new catalog and existing catalog requirements. Develop supporting test cases and test plans.
• Perform thorough testing including Unit, System, and UAT
