Sheet Metal Fabricator

We're in the need of a Sheet Metal Fabricator with experience in Metal Roofing Parts, minimum 3 years.

THIS IS NOT A WELDING POSITION. WE DO NOT NEED WELDERS

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years sheet metal work experience required. (Please don’t apply if you don’t have the experience required)

Valid Driver License

Must know how to fabricate coping, downspouts, elbows, leader heads, scuppers, skylights, gutters etc (Please don't apply if you don't meet this requirement, you will be asked to fabricate a random piece before being hired)

Must know how to program and operate the cnc folder (metal break) to fabricate metal trim, coping etc.

Ability to read architectural drawings & specifications required.

Ability to delegate and supervise efficiently

Bilingual English-Spanish a plus

Punctual and organized

Ability to operate forklift effectively.

Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Available to work extended hours.

Responsibilities:

Use hand and power tools to fabricate metal trim.

Select the appropriate type and gauge of sheet metal to be used in projects according to specifications.

Ability to utilize and interpret trim and panels measurements to determine how to fabricate.

Ability to lift heavy materials and tools.

REQUIRED:

3 years of experience with metal fabrication in the metal roofing industry.
