Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a SOC Incident Manager to join their consumer and manufactured goods client's global SOC team in Brazil. The Incident Manager will be responsible for managing security incidents and events that occur within the organization. They will coordinate with various teams to ensure that incidents are effectively managed and resolved in a timely manner. They will also be responsible for creating and updating incident response plans and procedures. They will serve as the first point of escalation for the Brazilian L1 and L2 teams. The Incident Manager will work in a security operations center environment, which may include shifts and on-call responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:Manage security incidents and events within the organizationCoordinate with various teams, including IT, legal, and communications, to ensure that incidents are effectively managed and resolvedCreate and update incident response plans and proceduresConduct post-incident reviews and provide recommendations for improvementCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, during incidentsMonitor security alerts and respond appropriatelyEnsure that all incidents are properly documented and reportedStay current with the latest security threats and trendsProvide training and guidance to other members of the SOC teamWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
