Description Our agency client is looking for a Social Community Manager to support their CPG client in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you will be engaging with audiences, analyzing social media trends, and managing the daily operations of various social challenges. This role is 20hr/wk through December, ideally hybrid in San Francisco 1-2 days/weekResponsibilities: Building, growing, and managing online communities for key consumer brands. Engaging in social listening for conversations, topics, and trends that brands can participate in. Developing and implementing community strategy, engagement, and growth plans. Identifying, tracking, and outlining key insights from relevant community data metrics. Creating timely and culturally relevant content optimized for each platform and audience. Collaborating with the onsite studio to develop best-in-class content and partnering with the media agency to understand campaign performance and opportunities for creative optimization. Reviewing the work of creators to ensure consistent processes are adhered to. Acting as the brand guardian to ensure all work produced aligns with the brand guidelines. Working closely with the SEO Manager to understand insights from SEO reports and monitoring. Developing a social media content calendar and reposting paid advertising and influencer content to owned pages. Monitoring social platforms and responding appropriately, working with the Consumer Response Center, and escalating consumers that require attention.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role such as Social Community Management or related fields Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva for content creation Familiarity with Facebook Insights, Google+, and Google Analytics for data analysis and insights Experience in creating, managing, and growing corporate social media profiles and presence Knowledge of advertising and analytics is essential Proven track record in blogging to increase brand awareness and engagement Experience in campaign planning and execution across various social media platforms Expertise in social media advertising, social media campaigns, and social media content creation Familiarity with the latest social media channels, tools, and trends Ability to develop and implement effective social media strategies and initiatives Experience in managing social media graphics and visual content Strong understanding of social media management best practices Ability to use social media tools for scheduling, analytics, and content creation.Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
