Jersey Street, Elizabeth, NJ 07206Job Overview:The Licensed Social Worker will support the provision of group and individual substance, and as necessary, mental health services. The position will carry a caseload of individuals and be responsible for facilitating group and individual sessions along with development of client-driven treatment plans. The LSW will also attend weekly clinical team and unit meetings.Qualifications:Required:

Master's in Social Work with a focus on substance abuse counseling

Minimum of 1 year working with substance abuse population

Working knowledge of NJSAMS

Strong documentation and follow up skills

Certifications and Licenses Required:

NJ Social Worker License

Scheduling Requirements:

Shift working, 7am-4pm, and one late evening per week

Monday-Thursday

Essential Functions:

Participates in group and individual supervision and treatment plan reviews and updates

Carries caseload and facilitates individual sessions, groups and Intakes

Completes treatment plans

Ensures timely documentation

Responsible for overall client satisfaction and treatment plan reviews and updates

Performs other duties as assigned
