This role involves strategic planning, high-level decision-making, and a deep understanding of both current and emerging technologies.What you will do:Technology Development and Implementation:

Oversee the research, evaluation, and adoption of new technologies that can improve business processes and product offerings.

Lead major IT projects, including proof of concept, CICD Integrations and improvements, and software delivery.

Ensure the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Communicate technology strategy to partners, management, investors, and employees.

Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure that the technology strategy aligns with business objectives and customer needs.

Act as a liaison between the technology department and other business units, ensuring that technology initiatives are understood and supported across the organization.

Risk Management and Compliance:

Oversee cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data.

Stay abreast of laws, regulations, and best practices pertinent to the company's industry, ensuring compliance across technology solutions.

Conduct and report on risk assessments in relation to technology systems and data.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Significant experience in a technology leadership role, preferably in a related industry.

Strong understanding of current and emerging technology trends and how they can be applied to drive business value.

Proven experience in IT planning, organization, and development.

Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading large-scale IT projects.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Strategic thinking with the ability to grasp the big picture of the company’s goals and how technology can meet those objectives.

Strong Knowledge of Development experience.

Hands on approach to all technology projects

Working Conditions:

This role may require availability outside of traditional working hours and may involve some travel.
