Financial Integrity: Champion the precision and reliability of our accounting information by meticulously recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. Conduct comprehensive monthly reconciliations and analyses of balance sheet and income statement accounts, encompassing AR, AP, intercompany transactions, expenses, fixed assets, and revenue.

Tax Support: Play a vital role in supporting tax filings, including annual income tax, periodic sales and use tax, and other value-added taxes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

SOX Compliance: Lead the charge in designing, validating, and implementing robust financial processes to guarantee comprehensive SOX compliance, safeguarding our financial operations.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with various departments to ensure procedures and tasks are executed flawlessly, meeting stringent closing deadlines with ease.

Process Automation: Spearhead the automation of financial processes within the Oracle environment, driving efficiency and accuracy to new heights.

Requirements

Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or an equivalent field.

Experience: Over 7 years of related experience, ideally within high-tech companies.

Global Exposure: Experience in a global company is preferred.

Big 4 Experience: Experience with Big 4 accounting firms is highly desirable.

Advanced Credentials: Advanced qualifications such as an MBA or CPA are preferred.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.

Problem-Solving: A creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement.
