Sr. Azure DevOps EngineerNew Brunswick, NJ, USARole DescriptionAs the Senior Azure DevOps Engineer, you will be actively participating in implementing Azure providing DevOps support to enable new product development for the Merchant Fraud Solutions team. In this role, you will have the following opportunities, including but not limited to:

• You would Implement, migrate, and maintain highly available infrastructure on Azure and Kubernetes, working closely with the software engineering, QA, and IT teams to deliver large-scale systems using CI/CD pipelines optimally.
• You would support cloud infrastructure across multiple regions. Collaborate with IT to ensure provisioning, management, and monitoring Azure Cloud services/systems.
• You would manage disaster recovery scenarios, including geo-replication.
• You would work with software engineering leadership to cultivate operational standards and identify and prioritize opportunities for innovation in the existing systems and technology.
• You would Conduct root cause analysis of critical situations and make recommendations and plans for preventing recurrences.
• You would manage cloud infrastructure and work hands-on in Kubernetes.
• You would drive the process for rapid CI/CD pipelines to production in multiple regions.
• You would partner with the software engineering team to drive key initiatives, continuously looking for opportunities to automate and apply new technologies for optimization.
• Stay on top of technology trends and develop expertise in emerging cloud technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent related experience with 7+ years of industry experience out of which 4+ years of relevant experience in implementing DevOps principles and building CI/CD pipelines within IT infrastructure.
• At least 2+ years of experience with application hosting within the Azure ecosystem with experience managing builds and releases in Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with various DevOps tools and technologies, including Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Jira, or Git source control and build tools.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code Tooling - Terraform, ARM, Azure CLI
• Hands-on experience with implementing of a service mesh with ISTIO.
• Understanding of cloud networking technologies such as DNS, Firewalls, Public Gateway, and Load-Balancers.
• Monitoring of services with App Insights, Azure monitor, Datadog
• Familiarity with Security and Governance concerns in public cloud and enterprise environment.
• Linux/Unix and Windows administration experience
• Strong technical and analytical troubleshooting skills
