Sr Business Analyst (Utility/Gas/Water)Must have Utility Industry Experience (Utility/Gas/Water)Location: Central/South New JerseyDuration: 12 Months +W2 and IC Corp is Acceptable3 Day Hybrid in Office

Sr Business Analyst (Utility/Gas/Water) is responsible for working with key project personnel to perform technical and business requirements gathering and developing business process flows for project workstreams such as barcoding and document management processes. This individual will be responsible for working across the project team to ensure we have captured the end-to-end requirements and assist with product selection analysis, business impact analysis

Must have Utility Industry Experience (Utility/Gas/Water) Required Experience:

Must have Utility Industry Experience (Utility/Gas/Water)•

5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Process Analysis, Process Mapping Business Process Modeling using technology and tools to define process functionality from End to End

• Must have utilities experience (Preference is gas but would consider water, electric, etc.)

• Strong business analysis, process mapping, & Testing experience (UAT) is needed•

Prefer Candidates with some SQL and Data Analysis/Mapping Skills• Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel self-starter,detail oriented, driven individual with an overall team player attitude• Experience with business process modeling• Experience with Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)• Experience in using Visio tool to detail work-flow processes• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel• Experience implementing enterprise document management, bar coding solutions preferred• Six Sigma certification or other related business analysis education strongly preferred
