Job DescriptionThe Senior Account Manager position is responsible for maintaining and expanding our contract pharmacy business within assigned Covered Entity clients. This position will develop and execute account plans to achieve maximum revenue, compliance, and customer satisfaction with assigned Covered Entity clients. This position also includes team leadership, mentoring and/or training responsibilities for account managers and implementation specialists assigned to support your region. Preferred Qualifications18 months working at CVS health and 1 year of 340B experience. Ability to position and handle industry level issues related to 340B in the context of a client conversation (i.e.: managed Medicaid, large pharmacy chain policies, replenishment models, etc.) Effective presentation skills with the ability to make group presentations to promote client happiness, retention, and up-sell opportunities Track record of performing under pressure, adapting to changing dynamics, and finding solutions that lead to client happiness Ability to strategically and creatively solve problems when dealing with a multitude of variables where standard resolutions do not exist Experience managing 340B customers with greater than $5 Million in revenues across multiple states Excellent customer service and contract negotiation skills, knowing the appropriate time to be consultative vs solve a problem or fill a need Independently implement and manage accounts through Wellpartner’s optimization cycle including implementation, client profile, and HRSA audit preparation. Ability to establish meaningful client relationships, consistent with Wellpartner principles and proactive Account Management guidelines that result in client satisfaction and revenue growth Understanding of both concept and practice of Wellpartner’s Optimization strategy, proactive account management framework, processes, values, behaviors Sufficient 340B industry knowledge to effectively assist clients in learning their 340B program and putting issues and objectives in a context that facilitates resolution favorable to Wellpartner Strong knowledge of IT interfaces and data: VPN. sFTP, HL7, various file formats and data semantics Demonstrate ability to mentor and facilitate training of an entry level employeeEducationBachelors degree preferredBusiness OverviewAt CVS Health, we are joined in a common purpose: helping people on their path to better health.
