In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with product line owners to maximize variable contribution and profitability. This position will provide finance support activities: a) Finance analysis (actual, vs budget, vs forecast vs prior year), b) Forecasting, c) Annual budget preparation and d) Actual reporting. This position will play a critical role in managing and driving financial performance and implementing finance strategies to achieve committed business performance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPartner with business owners to support and drive the business forward

Provide weekly forecasts of projected business performance for the month and quarter

Collaborate cross functionally to drive business performance and growth

Financial projections of forecast and annual operating plan

Coordinate with controllership functions to ensure timely month and quarter close

Understanding of your business P&L and analysis of variances

Drive continuous improvement and support the finance leadership team as needed

YOU MUST HAVEBachelor’s Degree

3 + years of Accounting/Finance experience

WE VALUEExperience working with a software company

The ability to develop strong cross functional relationships

The ability to pivot, adapt and work well under pressure

Works with a sense of urgency and handles uncertainty/ambiguity well

Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) experience

Understanding of Free Cash Flow and Balance Sheet items

Ability to present complex analysis with clarity

Ability to understand accounting and financial processes related to the business

Strong oral and written communication; presence in front of senior leaders
