Join us and make a difference.Description:This role is responsible for overseeing the Sourcing Excellence Supplier Relationship Management and Sourcing Analytics capabilities, supporting Global Procurement. This includes working with Business Partnering & Strategy teams to successfully define and execute Supplier Management actions for select suppliers and in some cases driving the end-to-end relationship. In addition, this group will execute Supplier Performance Management across suppliers and resolve Risk Management gaps. This role is accountable for ensuring the Supplier Management activities within Sourcing Excellence are in close alignment to global supply / category strategies. This role is expected to maximize the value from 3rd parties beyond traditional procurement levers, including impact to revenue projects and sustainability targets. Additionally, this role is responsible for the administration of the sourcing excellence outsourcing relationships for select categories. This role requires close collaboration with Senior Leadership teams across Global Procurement.Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Oversee Sourcing Excellence External Sourcing capabilities

Perform External Sourcing SE activities (assess KPIs, prepare dashboards, etc.)

Develop, evaluate, or manage internal and external relationships with suppliers, with a focus on overseeing managed services’ evaluations to determine sustainable supplier performance

Develop and implement standards to measure supplier performance and quality improvement

Work with Sourcing Excellence Leaders to establish and manage compliance for the Buying Hub

Provide prioritized analytics on supplier spend, category spend, and pricing for high-risk items (to ensure compliance to contracts)

Manage the oversight and administration of Sourcing Excellence outsourcing relationships , including:

Ensuring adherence to BMS processes, methodologies, tools, and standard of excellence

Allocation of capacity to sourcing projects based on defined criteria (e.g., Tiering of sub-category)

Identify and drive managed services/contingent labor enabled transformational opportunities , including enablement of value-driven activities, revenue realization, and sustainability targets

Build Sourcing Excellence outsourcing / 3rd party relationships for select External Sourcing capabilities

Monitor and track performance of outsourcing providers against service level agreements for select categories (e.g., Tier 3, Buying Hub, Sourcing Bench)

Collaborate with leads to continuously improve ways-of-working and mutual value from relationship

Manage day-to-day relationship with program lead, including issue escalation and resolution

Define development plans to improve specific areas as needed

Build and maintain networks within and outside of the organization to both strengthen their understanding of the big picture and leverage diverse perspectives, experiences and expertise to maximize performance

Uses knowledge of external and internal business factors to inform decisions

Ensures teams are responsible for contributing beyond their own function

Proactively connects teams, networks and individuals in order to increase organizational performance

Build tools and capabilities for External Sourcing Operations to measure and monitor key performance indicators and objectives

Define and manage resource management and utilization tracking tool for all Sourcing Excellence contractors

Define and manage forecasting tool for projects, budget, and resources required for future projects

Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:B.S./B.A. (Business, Science or Engineering is desirable)

Minimum of 8-10 years of work experience with at least 6-8 years procurement analytics or relevant experience in analytics.

Minimum of 2-4 years of multi-disciplined procurement experience or similar experience (e.g. SRM and/or SPM).

Minimum of 2 years Pharmaceutical procurement and/or analytics experience

Experience leading and participating on cross-functional and/or global teams

Managerial experience including managing teams of senior professionals, managers, and establishing performance goals and objectives

Internal stakeholder management, data/information management, category management, process redesign and continuous improvement expertise, project management and performance measurement skills

Procurement process knowledge, contract management, financial analysis, market analysis, supplier analysis, supplier diversity, supplier management, technology utilization, strategic planning and integrated supply chain experience

Preferred Qualifications:M.S./M.B.A.

Professional certifications (e.g. CPM, CPIM)

Membership in Professional Associations, e.g. ISM

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Advanced level knowledge of systems including but not limited to MS Office, Tableau, Visio, Spotfire, SAP, and SAP Spend Analysis
