Job DetailsEUC Corporate Network Operations provides Level 2/3 support to corporate office users of all wired, wireless, and cellular access to more than 130 facilities globally and an estimated user base of 45,000 associates. In addition, we support the corporate network office infrastructure with operating and maintaining all corporate facility network cabling, routers, switches, wireless controllers, wireless access points, cellular backup services, and cellular extended antennae.This position will have Corporate Network Operations responsibilities across the networking spectrum (WIFI, Routing, Switching, etc). The network engineer will be a member of a team and share on-call responsibilities to ensure network operations, maintenance, performance and availability for all the various systems in use on our customer’s Corporate Network.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain the enterprise network to meet the functional objectives of the business.
  • Work with other members of the networking team to ensure network availability, performance and quality
  • Collaborate at all levels to Identify and troubleshoot recurring platform issues.
  • On-call
  • Participate in on-call rotation to support sites after hours
  • Documentation
  • Document network designs and processes using collaboration tools, such as MS Teams and SharePoint, etc.
  • 4+ years network engineering experience
  • Experience with enterprise networking on large business networks – finance
  • Networking technologies at both L2 and L3 and all aspects of TCP/IP networking
  • Wi-Fi Systems Management experience. Including both Cisco and Aruba technologies
  • Cisco and Arista Switches
  • MPLS, SDWAN (Versa experience a plus)
  • Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Certifications
  • Network certs preferred (CCNA, Aruba, Arista, Juniper, Network+)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers possessing a wide range of technical knowledge.
  • Up to 15% travel may be required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
