You will primarily work to develop Business and support the needs of your clients. In do so, you will build and manage your own book of business, possess a strong track record of staffing for a variety of roles, provide guidance and support to the team, be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while working successfully under tight deadlines. You will be highly technical, extremely dependable, trustworthy, hardworking, and able to put in the time to get the job done. You will have a high level of emotional intelligence and an easy-going demeanor. You will be proactive and enthusiastic to assist where no task is too big or too small.Personality Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:
  • Source new clients and work closely with current clients for current and new business.
  • Meet prospective clients via phone, video, and/or in-person to assess needs and personalize the client experience from beginning to end of the staffing process.
  • Negotiate rates and contract terms, clarify job requirements, identify recruitment strategy, execute recruiting process, and report progress.
  • Own the entire Sales life cycle process for all roles utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking, referrals, internal database, job fair recruiting, and headhunting practices to source clients and candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong ongoing and active pipeline of clients.
  • Prepare candidates on expectations for the interview process, debrief candidates before and after the interview, and counsel candidates on job offers and counteroffers.
  • Participate in daily team meetings to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years working in the staffing industry or fast-paced corporation a MUST with a proven track record of placements in all levels and skillsets.
  • 3+ years working with clients to support their job requirements for both permanent and contract needs.
  • National full life-cycle experience with a special emphasis on the New Jersey/ New York market.
  • Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Applicant Tracking Systems (JobDiva), and Resume Job Sites, and Social Media Sites.
