Daily Responsibilities, You will:
  • Participate in daily team meetings and work closely with the team to ensure all active requirements are covered and potential closes are managed successfully.
  • Clarify job requirements, identify recruitment strategy, execute recruiting process, and report progress.
  • Own the entire recruitment life cycle process for all roles including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, qualifying, and submitting candidates by utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking, referrals, internal database, job fair recruiting, and headhunting practices to source candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong ongoing and active pipeline of qualified talent to submit to current and future opportunities.
  • Interview prospective candidates via phone, video, and/or in-person to assess skill set, work history, salary requirements.
  • Prepare candidates on expectations for the interview process, debrief candidates before and after the interview, and counsel candidates on job offers and counteroffers.
  • Personalize the candidate experience from beginning to end of the staffing process.
Required Qualifications
  • 3 years+ experience in the staffing industry or fast-paced corporation a MUST with a proven track record of success with submittals and placements recruiting for all levels and a variety of roles.
  • National full life-cycle candidate recruiting experience with a special emphasis on the New Jersey/ New York market.
  • Must have a car and a valid driver's license.
  • Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Applicant Tracking Systems (JobDiva), Resume Job Sites, and Social Media.
