Strategic Marketing Manager DX

By working across Fluid Control & Pneumatics business you will leverage our intelligent and software-enabled devices to drive new opportunities, identify innovative service models & capitalize on new trends within IIoT to accelerate growth. As A Strategic Marketing Manager, You Will: Identify & communicate strategies & best practice processes around delivering solutions i.e., intelligent devices, sensors, and Software as a Service (SaaS) for our customers across a variety of manufacturing sectors

Empower our sales by delivering value propositions & messaging across our digital solutions –identify key value prop triggers, return on investment (ROI) / payback periods, and key conversion metrics required to successfully deliver IIoT Solutions.

Support go-to market strategies & customer journey mapping

Coordinate with Marketing Communications to develop industry-specific messaging and tools to highlight the value digital transformation brings to customer’s operations around sustainably, production and safety

Work with Sales and Product Marketing to determine who or what Emerson technology (Devices, Hardware & Software) to leverage to optimally deliver IIoT solutions to our market space

Explore opportunities for acquisitions or strategic alliances to accelerate growth

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Or Engineering

Approximately 2 years’ experience with B2B

Growth marketing skills - idea generation and execution

Proven Excel and PowerPoint & presentation skills

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:

Prior Software, SaaS or IIoT background is a plus

Industrial / Manufacturing Marketing or Product Management experience

Working with customer processes (i.e. lead to order), customer channels, connected products, innovative service models and/or digital transformation
