Job Title: SuperintendentJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage and coordinate various aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in construction management, particularly in renovations and commercial construction.Responsibilities

Attend meetings with clients and contractors.

Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of the field labor force.

Review and be familiar with the project budget and general conditions estimate.

Review and approve Trade Contractor Payment Applications with the Project Manager.

Develop and maintain a site logistics plan in coordination with the Project Manager and clients and contractors.

Conduct quality and safety inspections.

Coordinate site testing and inspection efforts.

Communicate and enforce the Safety and Health Management Program.

Manage schedules, including preparation of look-ahead schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates.

Prepare and submit Superintendent’s Daily Reports.

Participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings and conduct foreman's meetings.

Review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor.

Essential Skills

6-10 years of experience in renovations, particularly in industrial, commercial, and warehouse settings.

Exposure to masonry scope and understanding of the steps and procedures involved.

Experience coordinating with MEP, masonry, and carpentry trades.

Proficiency in handling RFIs, submittals, change orders, construction supervision, and project management.

Bachelor's degree in construction management.

Ground-up construction experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Procore or similar construction management software.

Experience in coordinating MEP construction.

Work EnvironmentThis role is fully on-site, five days a week, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
