Supply Chain Business Analyst Admin

- Support in updating the reports.

- Assist with new supplier inquiries in accordance with our traceability requirements and sustainability guidelines.

- Provide support with documentation for audits, regulatory reporting, and customer inquiries.

- Perform monthly audits and help document traceability records for each supplier.

- Document any high-risk suppliers and record any flag inconsistencies.

- Identify and escalate any issues or inconsistencies in traceability data, working with relevant teams to resolve them.

- Assist with root cause analysis for traceability-related incidents.

- Support the preparation of traceability data for internal and external stakeholders.

100% remote 8:00am -5pm Monday-Friday

Requirements

Super detail oriented

Business analysis background, preferably with knowledge of supply chain functions.
