You provide software and applications expertise, and be responsible for implementation of the solutions.

How you will contribute

You will oversee the planning and execution of software and applications. To do so, you will manage an internal team and partner with external suppliers and use your deep technical and market knowledge and thorough understanding of our business goals find and deploy the right software and application solutions for the future. You will support programs to implement regional and global software and application strategies, offer input to financial planning and controls for software and applications on a regional and global level, collaborate with management and follow-up on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments, explores opportunities to leverage scale and drive savings, and ensure that support service level objectives and key performance indicators are accomplished.

What you need to know about this position:Provides Supply Planning technology subject matter expertise and leads improvements on the solutions and technologies used for Supply & Production Planning in Mondelez, with particular focus on SAP IBP/APO (Optimizer/Deployment) Planning & IBP IO / 09 for MEIO.

Works collaboratively across IT and Business functions to understand business problems and requirements and evaluate optimal technology solutions to resolve.

Understands the end-to-end process across Planning throughout Demand, Supply & Production Planning and Supply Review (RCCP) as well as S&OP / SO&E / IBP solutions to support the efficient and effective running of the process.

Responsibilities will include Supply & Production Planning expertise and ability to work on technologies in this domain.

What extra ingredients you will bring:
  • Strong experience working with APO Supply Network Planning (SNP) & Production Planning & Detail Scheduling (PPDS) & Integrated Business Planning (IBP), with focus on Optimzer based planning/deployment.
  • Strong Planning and or IT background
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and diverse stakeholders
  • 3-5 years experience of delivering winning results across large multinational companies
  • Reporting and Analytics (SAP BW, BO, BEx & Tableau) that support Supply & Production Planning Processes
  • Competent skill in using MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Understanding of Supply Planning best practice and solutions in the industry - stay on top of best in class in the industry to bring that perspective to MDLZ
  • Demonstrated ability to understand Supply Planning key performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement of Supply Planning processes enabled by technology
  • Strong experience of technology implementations using both waterfall or agile project methodology approaches.

  • Understands the connection of the process and solutions, upstream and downstream
  • Responsible that solutions are robust, strategically aligned and efficient to deliver and maintain.
  • Understand the connection of the process and solutions, upstream and downstream (Finance, Planning, Logistics).
  • Implement best practices to continually improve performance of solutions, to achieve the long term strategic goals.
  • Good understanding of the solutions supporting the demand planning process.
  • Responsible to ensure system integrity and design is upheld and changes verified.
  • Troubleshoot and implement solutions to complex requirements.
  • Create and maintain plans to best enable longevity and performance of systems architecture and deliver key business drivers.
  • Collaborate with the relevant partners and stakeholders to ensure project and operational performances are met.
  • An Application Functional role in a project team to execute and support full project lifecycle including blueprint, build, testing, implementation (tech & business), user training & go-live support.

Ad-hoc based on project requirements

Work schedule:8 hours per day Monday to Friday
