Swap Dealer Consultant (Hybrid)

Swap Dealer Consultant Opening! 6 month contract to hire! 1 day onsite in Jersey City, NJMUST HAVES:

5+ years of experience within swap dealer compliance.

Experience conducting compliance reviews.

Monitoring testing experience and procedural scripts.

NFA and CFTC rules and regulations.

Description:

Conduct compliance reviews of swap dealer operations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.

Monitor and test procedures to ensure their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation of testing and review findings.

Utilize Bloomberg and other systems to gather data and execute compliance reviews.

Analyze data and identify potential issues or risks, providing recommendations for remediation.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, industry associations, and other stakeholders.
