Systems Analyst

Description We are in search of a Systems Analyst to join our team located in Northern New Jersey. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our IT department, focusing on resolving EDI problems in our internal ERP system, serving as a liaison between trading partners and internal support staff, and maintaining communication during the problem resolution process.Responsibilities: Act as a primary point of contact for all internal users and external trading partners regarding EDI issues within our ERP system. Analyze and resolve user/trading partner-reported problems utilizing available tools and following established procedures and policies. Ensure accurate problem interpretation by acting as a liaison between trading partners and internal support staff. Maintain ongoing communication with customers and user groups throughout the problem resolution process. Utilize Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, IBM, and Linux Technologies in daily tasks and problem-solving. Implement AB Testing strategies to optimize system performance. Apply Agile Scrum methodologies in project management and problem-solving. Oversee and manage Backup Technologies to ensure data safety.
