Systems Engineer - Technology Infrastructure

• 10+ years of experience in Windows Build, Code Deployment and Windows Application troubleshooting functions
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Similar.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and prioritization skills
• Willing and able to work in a 24 X 7 environment including after hours and weekend support to support multiple time zones
• Understanding/experience with web application communication protocols - SOAP, HTTP, XML etc
• Excellent knowledge of core network services (DNS, SMTP, NTP, syslog, HTTP).
• Working knowledge of application setup, support, and configuration Expert knowledge of Windows operating systems with hands on experience in troubleshooting Linux application issues
• Hands on working Windows IIS administration
• Experience with infrastructure, application performance, and customer experience tools using Netcool, ITM, Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, and SiteScope
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages: Java, .NET, Groovy, Python
• Broad understanding of tools and technologies: Jira, Source Control (like Git, Bitbucket), CI/CD tools including Jenkins
• Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Highly proficient with Database Technologies - Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
• Understanding of SAN/NAS storage, TCP/IP Networking, and Citrix
• Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, business environment
• PKI and Venafi Central Certificate Management experience
• Experience monitoring and managing servers and applications, and staying current on patches
• Debugging and troubleshooting skills involving Queue Managers, Network or application integration issues
