Job Description

Great opportunity for a Talent Acquisition professional to join a growing company in the health & wellness industry! The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the development of recruiting plans, employing sourcing strategies, as well as developing new innovative recruitment approaches. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that the best and most qualified talent will be hired.

This Partner is responsible for providing strategic recruitment support for assigned business areas. The Partner will execute external recruiting, act as the key contact for candidates, drive recruiting strategies, and build/maintain relationships, interfacing with business leaders to deliver qualified talent to fill assigned roles and provide market intelligence to drive recruiting business outcomes.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Manage recruiting activity for assigned business groups, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer development, delivery and negotiation
  • Support candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities and to fill critical hiring needs in a timely manner
  • Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in full life cycle recruitment process
  • Identify and manage stakeholders and influencers to accelerate and manage recruitment process
  • Coach managers/interview teams to incorporate capability and competency based assessments during their interview
  • Build and leverage external relationships with groups and/orassociations, to help shape sourcing strategy and develop future talent pipelines
  • Proactively research new recruitment methodologies, competitive intelligence to create innovative sourcing strategies
  • Conduct external benchmarking to understand competitive recruiting landscape and influence best practices with team and stakeholders
  • Participate in and/or lead diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce
  • Effectively leverage social media tools
  • Meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics
  • Set high recruitment standards ensuring operational excellence and compliance

Qualifications

  • 2+years of full lifecycle in-house Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience building talent sourcing strategies in an agency and/or corporate setting, including demonstrated ability to maintain quality relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience working within a high volume, fast paced environment is required, ideally within Manufacturing and/or Distribution industry
  • Strong expertise in leveraging technology/social channels to source candidates
  • Expertise in leveraging online recruiting resources and in-house applicant tracking system (ATS) to identify and recruit talent
  • Has builttalent pipelines and maintaining candidate communications
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement solutions to promote ongoing improvements to recruitment efforts based on customer needs
  • Demonstrated ability to influence hiring teams and solve problems leveraging facts and data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel as required
